Lady Lawley Cottage – Expression of Interest update

9 February 2022

Australian Red Cross is pleased to provide an update on the Expression of Interest process for Lady Lawley Cottage.

There has been a strong response from service providers, with a high number of Expressions of Interest received.

Australian Red Cross is seeking a suitable provider to deliver disability support services for children and young people from Lady Lawley Cottage. The facility will be made available to the provider on a peppercorn lease basis.

“The response to the Lady Lawley Cottage Expression of Interest call-out has been encouraging, with a range of providers expressing an interest in delivering quality services to support children and young people with disabilities from the site,” Australian Red Cross WA Director Craig Stewart said.

“After the Expression of Interest period closes, a staged selection process guided by probity experts will review all submissions before a final recommendation is made to Australian Red Cross.”

The Lady Lawley Cottage Expression of Interest period will close on Friday, 11 February 2022.
