Charter, Rules and Divisional Regulations

The Australian Red Cross Society is governed by a Royal Charter and the Rules of the Society.

Periodic changes are made to both the Royal Charter and Rules of the Society on the recommendation of the Council of the Society and under the approval of the Governor-General of Australia as the King's representative.

Divisional Regulations supplement the Rules of the Australian Red Cross Society and set out arrangements for membership, Divisional Advisory Boards and other matters.

Periodic changes are made to the Divisional Regulations by the Society's Board.
