About Australian Red Cross

Why Learn First Aid and CPR?

Without the correct First Aid, a simple injury can turn into something serious. Learning First Aid does not just help facilitate recovery, it helps save lives. Please keep your training up to date: The Australian Resuscitation Council recommends that CPR training needs to be refreshed every 12 months and First Aid training needs to be refreshed every 3 years.
