- Do any pre-course learning and attend the online and face-to-face sessions for your chosen course.
- Encourage other people to complete Mental Health First Aid training, or to use the resources below to improve their Mental Health First Aid knowledge and skills.
- Download the Red Cross First Aid app. It’s a free, comprehensive pocket guide to first aid, mental health first aid and CPR. It has useful resources and quick-guides for assisting people in distress or who are experiencing mental health issues.
