The Aged Care system can be difficult to navigate and Red Cross has dedicated people who can help you access appropriate services and supports.
care finder is a free, independent and confidential service. care finder will be able to help if you are experiencing difficulty interacting with My Aged Care or connecting with aged care services and supports.
How we help
Red Cross can support you with:
- Understanding the Aged Care system and services that may be available to you.
- Interacting with My Aged Care, including attending assessments if needed.
- Selecting and engaging with the best services and supports for your circumstances.
- Understanding, preparing and submitting documents and forms that are requested.
- Ongoing contact once your services are in place to check that they are working well.
