Grants and donations from trusts, foundations and private ancillary funds totalled more than $3.8 million for FY2019. These funds supported communities impacted by disaster, provided seed funding for new concepts and contributed to key services.
Perpetual supported emerging young leaders to create positive change within their communities, Tasmanian Community Fund supported the transition journeys of vulnerable migrants, Collier Charitable Fund supported community-led approaches to improving justice, and Clayton Utz Foundation supported our work with children and young people on the Tiwi Islands. The Miller Foundation Ltd donated generously to the Syria Crisis Appeal, and BHP Foundation supported Queensland communities impacted by floods.
