Check your inbox for an email from Australian Red Cross, click the activation button, and create your password.

To keep your information safe, enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email or phone to complete your account setup.

About My Red Cross

No, you don’t need to be a member. You can use your My Red Cross account to access tax receipts, donations history and transactions with Australian Red Cross if you have donated before, attended a first aid course, or bought anything from the Australian Red Cross Shop.

  1. Fill in the sign up form: Fill in your details and click ‘sign up’.
  2. Check your email: Open your inbox and look for an email from us.
  3. Activate your account: Click the Activate Account link inside that email.
  4. Create a password: Choose a new password when the screen asks you to. Make sure to record this and keep it somewhere safe.
  5. Enter your security code: We will send a code to your email or mobile phone. Type this code into the box on your screen.
  6. You’re finished! Your account is now ready to use. You can update your personal information anytime by clicking on your Profile.

Please allow 24 hours after your first donation or purchase until your account can be created.
