Wills for Humanity Solicitor Network

We are proud to work with a trusted network of partner solicitors across Australia who generously assist our supporters. They prepare or update a simple Will for a reduced fee of $165 and offer one-off consultations for supporters who have confirmed they are leaving a gift in their Will to Australian Red Cross. If your Will requires more detailed provisions or complex planning, the solicitor will advise on the appropriate fee.

Write your Will online with Safewill

We've partnered with Australian Will-writing platform Safewill to make creating a legally binding Will simple and affordable. You can complete your Will online in under 20 minutes from home, and every Will is reviewed by an Australian solicitor for peace of mind. This service is offered at a special reduced cost of $80 (normally $160).

When you use this service, we hope you'll consider leaving a gift in your Will to Australian Red Cross to create a lasting legacy for future generations.

If your Will requires complex provisions, a referral to our National Solicitor Network may be a better option.

About creating or making your Will

Supporters leaving a gift to Australian Red Cross can use our Wills for Humanity Solicitor Network. Simple Wills are $165 (usually $350+). Complex Wills or Wills without a gift to Australian Red Cross incur additional fees.

Yes. Each person requires an individual Will. Simple Wills through our network cost $165 per person.

Yes. This referral service is only for supporters intending to leave a gift to Australian Red Cross.

Residuary gift

Unrestricted gifts give us flexibility to use funds where they’re most needed. Contact us if you want to support a specific program.

We recommend a qualified solicitor to ensure your Will is legal and clear. Our Wills for Humanity Solicitor Network can assist supporters leaving a gift, starting at $165 for a simple Will. Suggested wording is available.
