Having friendships is important for physical and mental health. MATES is a befriending program for people with a diagnosed mental illness who are ready to reconnect to their community. As a volunteer you’ll support them in reaching their goals to help connect with their community. This is done through things such as outings to café’s, galleries, men's sheds or social activities of interest.

Check to see if any volunteer roles are available in the Mates programs.
