What is casework support?
Our caseworkers can support you and your family to help manage issues and difficulties in your life, connect with other services, and improve your wellbeing. They can provide casework support and referrals.
Our caseworkers help individuals and families to solve problems and manage issues and difficulties. They are trained to help in situations where you might have practical lifestyle worries, family problems, or having trouble accessing services such as housing, health and legal advice.
You can talk to our case workers about:
- Practical issues, such as housing application issues and assistance with paperwork.
- Information and referrals to certain support services in Australia.
- Knowing your rights in Australia and being able to exercise them.
- Navigating health and legal systems.
