Our Mission

Drawing on the knowledge and expertise of Red Cross Red Crescent teams and operations, we produce world-leading migration research that can improve migration-related humanitarian operations and strengthen advocacy to protect and assist migrants and communities affected by migration.

Our research provides humanitarian workers with the evidence needed to ensure all migrants are safe, treated with dignity, have their rights respected, and are able to thrive in inclusive communities and societies, and to participate meaningfully in the decisions that affect their lives.
