JobWatch is a not-for-profit employment rights legal centre that operates across Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania. It provides free and confidential information and referrals about your workplace rights. Additional support may also be available.

Migrant Workers Centre
The Migrant Workers Centre offers free and confidential advice to workers on temporary visas or from a migrant background with workplace issues. Appointments are available online or in person and support can be provided in different languages.
The Migrant Workers Centre can assist with issues such as:
- Pay and other entitlements (such as penalty rates, overtime, and superannuation)
- Workplace safety concerns (including psychosocial safety)
- Workplace injuries
- Unfair dismissal
- Discrimination and victimisation in the workplace
- Other workplace issues such as cashback schemes and sham contracting
