JobWatch is a not-for-profit employment rights legal centre that operates across Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania. It provides free and confidential information and referrals about workplace rights. Additional support may also be available.
Eligibility: Workers in Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania who have questions or problems about their rights at work, with a focus on workers who are vulnerable or disadvantaged, including migrant workers and people in insecure or low-paid work.

Working Women Queensland is a free, confidential and supportive service to help vulnerable women with work-related matters. The Telephone Advice Service can provide information and advice for women in the workplace.
Eligibility: Women in Queensland, particularly vulnerable and disadvantaged women, who are experiencing workplace issues such as discrimination, sexual harassment, bullying, underpayment, unfair dismissal or other employment-related problems.
