JobWatch is a not-for-profit employment rights legal centre that operates across Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania. It provides free and confidential information and referrals about workplace rights. Additional support may also be available.

The Migrant Workers Centre offers free and confidential advice to any worker who was born overseas, including refugees and asylum seekers, international students, working holiday visa workers, other temporary visa holders, permanent residents and citizens.
Eligibility: Migrant workers in Victoria who were born overseas and have experienced exploitation, mistreatment, unfairness or breaches of their workplace rights, with priority for people who face barriers to accessing justice.
