Northern Territory Legal Aid Commission
The Northern Territory Legal Aid Commission provides free and confidential legal information, referral to other helpful services and legal advice appointments for most legal problems in the Northern Territory.
The Legal Aid Helpline can:
- give you clear answers to questions over the phone
- help you work out what to do next
- tell you the best place to go for more help
- organise an appointment for free legal advice
- send written information by post or email to help you understand your situation.

NT Working Women’s Centre
The NT Working Women’s Centre is a community based non-profit organisation with a mission to support women in the workplace. The NT Working Women’s Centre provides free and confidential advice to women about work-related matters.
The NT Working Women’s Centre can assist with issues such as:
- discrimination
- pay
- working conditions
- unfair dismissal
- superannuation
- harassment
- bullying
- work health and safety
- any other work-related matters.
