Wageline at the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety can be a first contact point for Western Australian employees who do not know which system covers them and need help with finding the right pay rate and resolving underpayment issues. Wageline provides information on pay rates and employment entitlements for private sector employees in the state system, and on long service leave for most Western Australian private sector employees.
Enquiries to Wageline are confidential, and employees do not need to provide their name, however Wageline will need the business name of the employer to check which industrial relations system covers the employee.
