Here you will find all the information you need to book training.
Our team is available to assist during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm AEST. You can contact our team with your enquiry via email, commercialtscorporate@redcross.org.au and someone will respond within 2 business days.
Everyone doing nationally recognised training, such as a Red Cross first aid course offered here, needs to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI).

A blended course comprises eLearning modules and practical assessment (in the classroom training). If you are enrolled into a Blended course, you must complete your eLearning modules prior to attending the practical assesssment.
Provide First Aid Blended includes mandatory prior eLearning + 4 hours in the classroom.
Provide First Aid (1 day) does not include prior eLearning, and in-the-classroom time is 9:30am–4:00pm.
These are the same courses, which cover the same content. You will receive a statement of attainment for HLTAID011 on successful completion of each course.
