Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.
Entrants under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent prior to entry.
Employees and officeholders (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must, during the promotional period:
Visit and either click on the promotional banner and provide contact details, or complete the 'Heatwaves quiz', and provide your contact details at the end of the quiz.
Only one entry per eligible entrant is permitted.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Winners will be drawn at random on 6 April 2026 between 10:00am – 1:00pm.
The draw will take place at 464 Kent Street, Sydney 2000 NSW, using an electronic random entry.
The first 280 valid entries drawn will win the prizes.
Winners will be notified in writing (by email) within seven (7) days of the draw date.
Prizes will be delivered to the winner's nominated address within Australia within one (1) month of the prize being claimed.
Winners must claim their prize within 28 days from the date of the prize draw. If a prize is not claimed within this period, it will be deemed unclaimed and subject to a redraw.
The last name and initial of the first name of each winner will be published at redcross.org.au within 7 days of the draw for a period of 30 days.
If a winner requests that their name not be published, the Promoter will abide by this request.
Winners of any redraw will be notified in writing within seven (7) days and published as above.
In the event that prize/s remain unclaimed at the end of the claim period, a redraw will be conducted on 29 May between 10am and 1pm at 464 Kent Street, Sydney 2000 NSW. The redraw will be conducted using the same method as the original draw.
If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to regulatory approval.

Information may be disclosed to third parties for the purposes of conducting the promotion.
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

Your personal information will be shared with Australia Post and their distribution partners. We may share your personal information with Big Issues Women's volunteer group, who will be assisting in the collation and distribution of the winners' packs.
