In response to feedback we received from members who wanted to spend more time getting to know each other, SWL held a “ bonus “ event at The Centennial Hotel, Woollahra.
The purpose of the dinner was to re -connect with members in a relaxed , informal setting.
The evening captured the essence of our circle of giving with 25 of us chatting over a gorgeous three course meal and beverages in the lush velvet surrounds.
The buzz of friendships in the room allowed members to talk about their own worlds. Family. Children. Work. And.... SWL events and purpose around our giving circle.
We talked about events coming up such as our Annual Members Meeting (where we hear pitches from Red Cross and then members vote on the programs we want to support with our pooled funds.
We left dinner with new friendships and connections and enthusiasm for our next event hosted by Morgan Stanley.
