Throughout the year, we communicate regularly with more than 120,000 donors who support the delivery of vital Red Cross programs and services. We use a variety of channels to ensure these valued individuals know the importance of their support, from traditional communications through mail and telephone, to online and SMS messages.
This generous group of donors contributes more than $18.9 million annually, helping to change the lives of the most vulnerable people in Australia and overseas, and we thank them for their support.
