Our workplace giving program delivered over $1.2 million this financial year from 270 active corporate partners and their employees. 15% of our partner organisations are matched to a program, allowing them to more closely see the impact of their funding and develop a connection with our work. Our program continues to grow through a concerted strategy to deliver short-term results to our corporate partners while ensuring long-term engagement.
Our top-performing workplace giving partner this year was Telstra, with employees donating more than $56,000. More than 100 employees also engaged with a value-add opportunity to volunteer in various Red Cross programs. “At Telstra we want to make a meaningful contribution to things that matter, both to our employees and to society,” says Kelly Rafferty, Employee Giving Manager. “We look forward to continuing our relationship with Red Cross for many years to come.”
