Mental Health Matters

Mental Health in the Workplace Training

Knowing how to recognise the signs and symptoms of mental health and illness at work is an equally important part of workplace health and safety as physical first aid training.

Businesses are encouraged to providing early intervention and a supportive workplace culture to help reduce the impact of mental health issues. A workforce with a healthy sense of self-esteem and wellbeing can help to minimise absenteeism and loss of productivity, as well as improve team cohesion and error rates.

With this in mind, Red Cross has developed Mental Health Matters short courses which are delivered as workshops and can be customised to suit your workplace situation.
