Learn online
This first aid training course is available online. All theory is delivered through our user friendly online learning portal. Once completed, students must attend a one-day practical assessment session to complete the training. Note: Only students who have completed the e-learning and have their Certificate of Completion will be admitted into the practical course.

Recertification
The recommended industry standard to maintain current competency is for this course to be refreshed every 3 years, with the CPR component to be refreshed annually.
Assessment
Students will be assessed through the demonstration of practical skills, participation in role plays, analysis of case studies and a written quiz.
Note: It is a requirement of this course that practical demonstration of CPR must be performed on the adult manikin on the floor.
Outcome
On successful completion of this training course, students will be issued with up to date certification - a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for HLTAID002 Provide basic emergency life support.
