First Aid for someone having heart attack

First Aid for someone who may be having a heart attack.
The person may be having persistent, chest, neck, jaw, arm pain or discomfort. Shortness of breath, nausea, sweating, dizziness and pale skin are other warning signs.
1. Call 000 and follow the operators’ instructions. If you can’t call 000, get someone else to call. The person needs medical help as soon as possible.
2. Help the person into a position of comfort such as sitting down. Ask about any heart medications they may need.
3. Reassure and monitor them while you wait for the ambulance.
