Construction Skills Queensland

Red Cross is a proud recipient of Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ) funding, supporting Queensland's building and construction industry.

Why Learn First Aid and CPR?

First aid skills can help save lives and prevent minor accidents becoming more serious.

They can also save you time and money in the cost of injuries and working days lost.

While CSQ training subsidies are only available for new accreditation and not for Refresher first aid courses, CPR training needs to be refreshed every 12 months and First Aid training needs to be refreshed every 3 years.

Previously known as Apply First Aid or Senior First Aid, this course provides the skills and knowledge required to deliver a first aid response, life support, management of casualties, the incident and other First Aiders in a range of situations, including home, workplace or community settings, until the arrival of medical or other assistance.
