We’re experimenting with ways for you to feel good by doing good. Download our first test pack, try out some activities, and let us know your feedback.

How can I help? It’s a question we receive all the time. We’ve created this kit to give you ideas and opportunities to do just that. In this kit you’ll find a selection of activities designed to support you to help others in a way that’s easy, fun and safe, and will make a big difference to the people in our community who could use an extra helping hand right now.

Remember please take all necessary steps to protect yourself and stop the spread of COVID-19:

  • Follow advice from government and health authorities, and comply with all government directions
  • Wash your hands regularly with soap
  • Practise physical distancing, keeping at least 1.5 metres between yourself and others
  • If you are under 18, get your parent/carer’s permission first, and work on a plan together to ensure you are safe when doing any activities
