Everyone needs support after being in or witnessing a traumatic event but everyone's different, so the level or type of support needed is different. You'll find this info more helpful if you consider what does and doesn't help YOU and then make a plan for yourself. You can also talk with a trusted adult about getting the right sort of help for yourself if it all feels a bit much.
