You choose the donation amount and the date, and you can stop your contributions any time you like.
Definitely. At the end of the financial year, we will send you a statement detailing your donations over the past 12 months. We send receipts annually to keep administration costs down but you can request a receipt any time, just phone us on 1300 367 428.
Don’t forget donations of $2 or more are tax deductible in Australia.
As a regular giver, your donations are not tied to one area of support, your gift goes wherever the need is greatest and will support a range of our programs.

Half of the total funds we raise each year come from our generous regular givers and it is also our most cost-effective fundraising source.
When you sign up through our website, it costs us just 8 cents in the dollar to process your ongoing donations, send you regular updates and run our programs.
Your donations are deducted on the date you choose or the nearest business day.

Donations are set up to be made automatically via your credit card or a direct debit (credit card is our preferred method for payment). Unfortunately, we can’t yet take regular donations via PayPal or BPAY.

Once we have these details your donation plan will be cancelled from the following payment.
You can also pause your donations for a few months, for example, if your financial situation has temporarily changed. Contact our team on the number above and let them of how long you’d like to put your donations on hold for.
Recently we changed our donation payment schedule from monthly to four weekly for our new regular donors.
We know a high proportion of people are paid fortnightly and this change gives our donors more choice. It means you can align your donation to your pay cycle and choose when donations are deducted.
Previously our regular givers could only donate on one of three days of every month: the 1st, 17th and 20th.
No. Existing regular givers who donate on monthly haven’t been moved to a four-weekly donation cycle. Their payment plan stays the same unless they specifically ask for a change themselves.
