You’re invited to an exclusive event

We want you to meet the people whose work you’ve helped make possible. Come along to this exciting event and hear stories from the people behind the crises in the news.

The Speakers

Anjali Kamte, Restoring Family Links Field Officer in our Migration Support Programs will talk with passion about her work tracing family and loved ones separated by war, disaster or migration. Anjali is particularly interested in the power of new technologies to reconnect families.

Leeanne Marshall, is a specialist in providing safe and dignified shelter. A trained architect, she’s worked with aid agencies in Myanmar, North Korea, Vanuatu, the Philippines and many other countries to ensure people have a dry, safe place to sleep after cyclones and earthquakes, and return to their normal lives quickly and with dignity. Leanne’s special focus is disability-inclusive shelter and settlements, and environmentally-friendly disaster response.

Kate Seibert, leads our Victorian Emergency Services, and will talk about our response to the drought, as well as her life’s work partnering with like-minded organisations to achieve humanitarian impact.
