When Red Cross calls, Australia answers.

This March, we're calling on you to get involved in Red Cross Calling. Whether you donate your time or money, you'll be helping people overcome crisis across Australia and further afield.

For 70 years, Red Cross has called on Australians to dig deep and support our vital everyday work. We need as many people as possible right around the nation to help us spread the word about the campaign and collect funds through family, friends and colleagues.

There are many ways for you to get involved. You can go door to door in your neighbourhood, hold a public coin collection, host an event or design your own challenge in your workplace or community. You can even join our online collection.

Once registered, Red Cross will send you – and your team – everything you need! You’ll also be given an online fundraising page to personalise and share with your peers. Ask them to sponsor your efforts, or challenge them to get involved.

We'd love for you to join us! So will you answer the call?

Who will you be helping?

Your generosity helps us be there for people at home and overseas. It can help us to respond in times of disaster, provide clean drinking water in a remote Pacific village, or help an elderly Australian to overcome personal hardship and disadvantage. We want to be able to answer the call when someone is in need. With your help, we can answer everyone, everywhere, every time.

Here are some stories from people who Red Cross was able to help, thanks to people like you.

Jean's Story
