The Financial Counselling Service operates within the Town of Kwinana and provides free of charge assistance to people who are experiencing financial difficulties. Trained counsellors share information on financial issues such as budgeting, managing debt and consumer rights. Clients are supported as they work through their problems and improve their knowledge and skills of financial matters, so that they are better able to cope with current and future money matters.
