Dissemination to civilian audiences is mainly targeted to Red Cross staff and volunteers, legal and medical professionals and journalists. Our International Humanitarian Law Seminar Series training course (otherwise known as Beyond the Basics) for the general public is offered once a year generally August through to October.
The IHL Beyond the Basics Course runs over six weeks (one night per week from 6.30pm - 8.15pm)
This is an intermediate level course, presented by a range of academics, lawyers and aid workers.
