Paul Shinkfield Vice Chair, South Australia Paul has had a long association with Australian Red Cross. He was a member of the Humanitarian Services Fund Sub-Committee. Paul is a Foundation Fellow, Australian Institute of Company Directors. He was elected to the position of Vice Chair of the South Australian Board in October 2006. |

Pam Simmons Board Member, South Australian Representative to Australian Red Cross Board Pam was appointed as a Board Member in November 2005 and brings an extensive background in social work, public policy and community services. She is currently Guardian for Children and Young People in South Australia, and was previously Executive Director of the South Australian Council of Social Services (SACOSS). Pam is also a member of the Australian Red Cross National Board.

Jim Kostoglou Board Member, South Australia Jim was Chair of the Divisional Board from 2003-2006, after serving as Vice Chair for three years. He was also the Board representative on the Youth and Community Development Committee. Jim is Vice President of the Australian Red Cross Society. |

Hannah Skehan Board Member, South Australia (Red Cross Youth Representative) Hannah has been involved in community work with a particular focus on youth participation. She first joined Australian Red Cross in March 2006 as a save-a-mate Peer Educator and is currently the Chair of the South Australian Youth Advisory Committee. |

Lyn Wilkinson Board Member, South Australia Lyn was elected to the Board in October 2007. A member of the National Australian Red Cross audit and risk management committee, she is currently part of the executive management team at Savings & Loans. Jennifer Duncan Board Member, South Australia Jennifer has significant experience in policy development and was co-opted to the Board in October 2007. The Executive Director of the Youth Affairs Council of South Australia, she has been on various steering committees and has extensive contacts within the government and education sectors. |

Brian Lancaster, Board Member, South Australia Brian has extensive experience within the Emergency Services sector, in both the State Government and Australian Red Cross and was co-opted to the Board in March 2006. He has assisted in international secondments for the International Committee of the Red Cross, and is a member of the Red Cross Emergency Services Committee and the International Humanitarian Law Committee. |

Val Broadbent AM
Val joined Australian Red Cross in 1966 and held office in many positions prior to taking on the role of Divisional Chairman in 1977. She has also served as National Vice President and continues to work tirelessly for Red Cross.
Barry Grear AO Barry is a former member of the Executive Committee and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his position - particularly in the areas of Emergency Services and links to government.
Rod Martin Rod is an experienced government and private sector CEO and is also Managing Director of a Mediation Conciliation and Advocacy Consultancy. He served as Divisional Chairman from 2000 - 2003 and has been involved with Australian Red Cross International and Overseas programs for six years.

Jaime Cripps Manager, Indigenous Programs Jaime started with Red Cross, South Australia in November 2007 after many years experience in community and development work in both South Australia and Victoria. He comes from the Palawa nation of Cape Barren and Flinders Island, Tasmania and has represented his community internationally sharing knowledge and promoting reconciliation. Jaime has extensive experience as a field worker, counsellor and coordinator in a broad range of community health and social programs for Indigenous youth and families. He has designed and implemented early intervention programs to meet the needs of Indigenous communities helping reach longer sustainable results. |

Helen Farinola General Manager, Services Helen joined Australian Red Cross in 2004 with a background in psychology, following positions held in State Government with Disability Services. She brings extensive experience in strategic planning, policy and community development. Her current responsibilities include the development and management of a broad range of services including emergency services, programs for children, youth and their families, refugees, asylum seekers, the frail aged, people with mental illness and the socially isolated. |

Clinton Jury General Manager, Business and Corporate Development Clinton brings to Red Cross more than 15 years experience in various management roles in not-for-profit organisations. He is responsible for the leadership of marketing, communications, membership, branch and fundraising activities, as well as First Aid Health and Safety and Retail operations – designed to help build a sound financial position for Red Cross. |

Mark Roach Senior Manager, Finance and Administration Mark is a Chartered Accountant and is responsible for the financial reporting of the Division, with additional responsibility for administrative issues. Mark joined Red Cross, South Australia in 2006 after spending over 20 years in the financial services industry including several years as financial controller for the Australian branch of an American bank. Most recently he was Manager of the Finance and Client Services departments of a locally-based South Australian stockbroking business. Mark is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia and a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia. |
