Reasonable Adjustment Policy


Red Cross wants to be an inclusive and diverse organisation that gives equal opportunity to those with disability. The Reasonable Adjustment Policy sets out the procedures for how Red Cross will make reasonable adjustments to work stations, work places and work practices so that all Red Cross people are able to fully contribute and participate.

The policy applies to volunteers, members and staff of Red Cross and is also relevant for people applying for roles with Red Cross.
