Help implement a rights-based approach across a wide range of services that support people in vulnerable situations across Cambodia. Your role will support program design, monitoring & evaluation and advocacy.

Tekdeysovanphum (TDSP) serves disadvantaged Cambodians, including remote communities, internally displaced persons, people with a disability, demobilised soldiers and indigenous people. Its programs cover food security, gender and women's rights, and natural resource management.

TDSP is committed to ensuring that women and vulnerable groups can benefit from all project activities. To support this commitment, it is seeking an Australian Volunteer to assist in mainstreaming gender and disability into strategic planning, monitoring & evaluation, lobbying and advocacy.

The volunteer will help ensure that TDSP staff can use a rights-based approach to program design and evaluation, which will benefit all the organisation's services.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • Experience in organisational development, monitoring & evaluation 
  • Understanding of rights-based approaches 
  • Qualifications in social science, community development, management or related field 
  • Self awareness, cultural sensitivity, flexibility and adaptability, resilience
