The Research and Information Service comprises the National Resource Centre and the National Office Archive. Both of these services hold items which cover a wide range of humanitarian subjects, along with extensive collections relating to the activities of Australian Red Cross. The collections include books, periodicals, videos, photographs, business records, as well as offering access to electronic media and International Red Cross Movement publications.
