Red Cross staff and volunteers provided emergency registration and personal support to 120 evacuees from the Kings Canyon resort and Watarrka ranger station as a result of bushfire activity.
People affected, predominantly tourists, were transported and supported by Red Cross staff and volunteers at an evacuation centre in Alice Springs.
