In conjunction with the Royal Netherlands Embassy, Mallesons Stephen Jaques, the Asia Pacific Centre for Military Law and the Institute for Comparative and International Law at The University of Melbourne, Australian Red Cross will hold a major lecture series at The University of Melbourne on Monday 1st July 2002
