IHL magazine

The Red Cross IHL Program publishes a biannual IHL magazine, focusing on current IHL issues. The latest edition addresses Australia and 60 years of the Geneva Conventions. Previous editions have highlighted: emblems and the Third Additional Protocol, proliferation of small arms and light weapons, torture, landmines, protection for cultural property and women and war.
