History and the relationship between IHL and Red Cross
	Red Cross and IHL were both formed as a result of Swiss businessman Henry Dunant's vision following the battle of Solferino. The members of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement are the guardian of IHL and are legally entitled to undertake humanitarian activities during times of conflict.
