The Red Cross IHL program provides training and education to a variety of organisations and individuals who are involved in situations of armed conflict. This includes the Australian Defence Force, lawyers, students, journalists and medical officers. It also runs events for members of the general public wanting to learn more about humanitarian principles and the mandate of Red Cross.
