Since 1914 Australian Red Cross volunteers have been responding to need at local, national and international levels - in fact whenever disaster or emergencies strike, we are there. Today we have more than 30,000 volunteers and deliver more than 60 local services and programs, mostly funded by public donation and corporate partnerships.

Here's how you can help Australian Red Cross to help others:

Make a donation
Donations can be made to support services or programs delivered in Australia or to programs managed by Australian Red Cross in the Asia Pacific region.
Regular Giving
By joining the Regular Giving Humanitarian Partner Program you can make a regular donation that is directed to either international or local humanitarian projects.
Appeals
One of the most immediate ways that you can help disaster victims or people in need is by supporting an appeal. If you make a donation to an international appeal, the money you give will be spent on assisting people in the region you nominate.
Online shopping
Shop online and make a world of difference with Red Cross cards, gifts and merchandise. Proceeds from your purchase help ensure that Red Cross can continue its essential work: Helping people in crisis, caring for local communities and a strong commitment to humanitarian values.
Workplace Giving
Workplace Giving is a payroll contribution scheme where direct pre-tax donations from registered employees have a positive and lasting impact on the lives of disadvantaged and vulnerable people in the community.
