Give It Up

What would you give up to support a good cause?

Give It Up is a national fundraising campaign that happens every May.

Making its debut in 2012, Give It Up aims to raise funds to support the everyday work of Red Cross.

Throughout May, right across the country people will be giving it up for Red Cross and helping people doing it tough.

Can't give it up in May? You can give it up in April or June instead.

It's simple and anyone can do it! Choose what you are going to give up, then raise or donate the money you would normally spend on that item.

What you give up is up to you. It could be chocolate, coffee, beer, wine, junk food, eating out, driving your car, luxury items or something of your choice. Find out what you can give up.

You can also challenge work mates, friends and family to do the same or ask them to sponsor your efforts. Plus, there are plenty of prizes up for grabs!

Register and find out more.

Alternatively, you can call 1800 652 635 during office hours or email us.

Let's give it up and help those who need it most!

Why 'Give It Up'?

Giving it up for Red Cross is rewarding. Not only might you kick that unhealthy or expensive habit for good, you will be helping to support people around the country that are doing it tough. Plus, raise $150 or more and you couldĀ go into the draw to win a 15-day adventure trip for two to Machu Picchu!

When you register, we will send you a kit with all the information you need, including an information booklet, donation box to place in your workplace or community, and a special wall calendar and stickers that you can use to promote your Give It Up activity.
