As part of this year's Joy of Giving Christmas campaign, Georg Jensen launches the popular Infinity bracelet in a special Red Cross edition that will be available in all Georg Jensen and participating David Jones stores on 3rd December.
The new Georg Jensen Infinity bracelet for Red Cross will retail for $150 and for every bracelet sold Georg Jensen will donate $50 to Australian Red Cross.
Anne Sullivan, CEO Georg Jensen Australia, says: "The work that Red Cross does is vital to the community and we are proud to continue to make a difference by raising money for humanitarian projects. To date we have raised close to $100,000 and we hope to certainly push the number well beyond after this Christmas period with the sales of our new Georg Jensen Infinity bracelet for Red Cross, in addition to our round up campaign through the month of December in-store."
Robert Tickner, Red Cross CEO says "We are delighted that we are now in our third year of partnering with such an established global brand as Georg Jensen. With the festive season upon us, people often start thinking about helping others and the Infinity bracelet is a great opportunity to support those who need it most. The money raised through the sale of the Infinity bracelet will allow Red Cross to continue our everyday work and help improve the lives of vulnerable people in Australia and overseas."
Proceeds raised through the sale of the Infinity bracelet and during the Christmas round up campaign will provide funding to a wide range of vital community services such as a daily phone call to an isolated elderly individual to provide friendship, support and make sure they are okay or to help save children's lives internationally by bringing clean, safe water for drinking, cooking and washing to remote communities.
The limited edition Georg Jensen Infinity bracelet for Red Cross makes a unique Christmas gift while also helping those in need. For your nearest store call 1800 JENSEN or visit www.georgjensen.com/au/
