Pamela has run test kitchens and is the Editorial and Food Director of The Australian Women's Weekly Cookbooks, producing over 60 cookbooks a year. Having worked in the food industry for over 50 years, Pamela is an encyclopaedia of all things cooking.

Pamela supports the annual Big Cake Bake fundraiser and promotes our food security programs, which improve access to fresh healthy food for disadvantaged communities or build school and community gardens.
