Interested in volunteering with our Mates program?
Red Cross trains and supports volunteers in befriending people who live with mental illness. Mates volunteers are equal partners in overcoming loneliness and social isolation and help maintain connections in the community. If you are interested in becoming a Mates volunteer or would like to find out further information please contact Red Cross on 1800 246 850.
First Aid Courses
The Workplace Level 1 course is available for just $75 ($65 concession). This one day course will provide you with basic first aid skills in resuscitation and first aid care for injuries and illness in an emergency situation.
